Overall size of the plugs are 1 2" (12 mm) with a wearable size of 7 16" (11 mm). If you have a thicker or thinner lobe and would like a different wearable size, please click here for a different wearable size. Plug shown in picture is 1 1 2" inch (38 mm) with the setting measuring about 25 mm. The Plug is concave to the setting. The setting stays the same size on plugs. If you would like this
